Audri ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at audri.cloud ("the Service").

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. You may also provide phone number, role, team details, and preferences. Content you create within the Service — leads, notes, events, tasks — is stored on your behalf. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

We automatically collect usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps), device information (browser type, operating system), and log data (IP address, access times, referring URLs).

When you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar), we receive limited data as authorized by you, such as calendar events and email address. We only access the scopes you explicitly grant.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and manage subscriptions; send service-related communications; provide AI-powered features such as insights, summaries, and recommendations; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for emails); with team members within your organization as determined by your team's settings and roles; when required by law, regulation, or legal process; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent for optional processing.
