By accessing or using Audri ("the Service"), operated by Audri ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Audri is a SaaS platform that provides team management, lead tracking, calendar scheduling, AI-powered insights, and related business tools for organizations and their members.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Audri and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
